Hej kära vänner! Hoppas allt är väl! Jag spenderade 2 månader i Sverige denna sommaren och gjorde bl.a en två timmar lång radiointervju för P4 med Michael Cederberg där han spelade låtar från hela min karriär. Jag uppträdde vid tre olika tillfällen på olika platser. Jag kommer ju till Sverige för att träffa min mamma och gamla vänner men jag försöker få spelningar så mycket som det går. Här är en live intervju med Sam Valenti, en mycket trevlig ung man som studerar vid ASU, (Arizona State University) för att bli sportjournalist och kommentator. Han fann Lena genom sitt stora intresse för ABBA, och han verkade veta det mesta om henne vad gäller hennes musik och karriär. Intervjun gjordes i Encanto Park i centrala Phoenix 

  den 28:e January- 2023.

Lena is a recording artist and performer and her latest CD is a mix of Americana style country and some songs with a little more swing, almost rocka-billy. The CD was released in June 2022 and the title is "Winding Road" . 7 songs all written by Lena and her husband Tobe, except for "Wayfaring Stranger", a well known song from 1816. Lena has illustrated the cover and the CD also has a little booklet with the lyrics and Lena's pictures. All the songs have a message of hope and faith. One of the songs is in Swedish and it was first  released digitally in 2019. The title translated is "The Ancient Path". Inspiration for this song comes from Jeremiah 6:16 where it talks about the crossroads and how we are to pick the good path and walk in it. Jesus says: "I am the Way, the Truth and Life" so that's the Way it's talking about. The song describes all the evil in the world today and how the good is being broken down. Lena follows what's happening in her home country Sweden. What used to be a very idyllic, peaceful place is now filled with violence, shootings, riots etc. See the official Music video under Videos. Lena Andersson moved to the United States in 2001 when she married her husband Tobe. The first 10 years they lived in California and moved to Phoenix, Arizona 2011. Or rather Peoria which is the name of their little city in North Metro Phoenix. In 2015 Lena released a new CD, "Open Your Heart". It was her first release since the early 80's. She writes all material together with her husband who is also the producer. They also released a Christmas-EP in 2019 . A mix of their own material and some well known standards. More Christmas songs will be added.

Lena became a Christian in 1985 after she through the Holy Spirit had an encounter with Jesus on a beach in Spain. Actually on the island of Mallorca. Her life was completely transformed and she now gets her inspiration from the Bible and her Christian faith. After her salvation she found a living church in her hometown Stockholm at the time. She attended one year of Bible school at that church and 2 more years at Word of Life in Uppsala. She's been singing in many different conferences , at huge campaigns and even done several different mission-trips to Spain, Greece, Albania and some other countries.
